Bacon Garlic Butter Steak
Ingredients:
- 1 pound steak
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 strips of bacon

- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to high heat.
2. Season the steak generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Place the cooked bacon on a paper towel to absorb excess grease.

5. Remove the garlic butter from the skillet and set aside.
6. Place the steak on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust cooking time according to your desired level of doneness.
7. While the steak is cooking, chop the cooked bacon into small pieces.
8. Once the steak is done, remove it from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
9. In the meantime, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in a small saucepan.
10. Once melted, add the chopped bacon and garlic butter to the saucepan and stir until well combined.
11. Slice the steak against the grain and drizzle the bacon garlic butter on top.
12. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Bacon Garlic Butter Steak!
